চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
Management
- Supervision of the all staff under the outcome 3 (Child Rights program) & 4 (Media & International Advocacy, Networking and Public Interest Litigation).
- Execute PMS and day to day performance of units timely and effectively.
- Prepare, implement & monitor budget.
- Executing the proportionate works and responsibilities arising from the decision of different forum and networks on behalf of ASK.
- Strengthened departmental & organizational team spirit.
- Finalizing the report to utilize the budget and implementation of work plan of outcome 3 & 4.
Monitoring:
- Supervise the monitoring and coordination of all the programmes of outcome 3 & 4 (Documentation, Publication, Media & International Advocacy)
- Maintaining follow up of the cases pending/under trial in Supreme Court and the High Court Division time to time updating the Executive Director and Senior Management.
Responsibility:
- Taking efficient role regarding selection of the subject matter of filing Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court Division of Supreme Court by ASK.
- Maintaining necessary communication with other human rights organizations with whom ASK is jointly party to any suit.
- Drafting and assisting ASK regarding necessary issues of PIL/writ filed in Supreme and the High Court.
- Maintain liaison with ASK Senior Panel Lawyers and implement the advices in the cases.
- Develop project proposal
- Issuing press statement/ press release in the issues of human rights violation to represent ASK’s stance in media.
- Keeping a overall monitoring on preservation, distribution of ASK publications.
- Regular field visit of program area for program improvement of human rights violation.
- Organizing local human rights defenders and ensuring the implementation of HRDF programmes by them.
- Undertaking work plan for HRDF in local level, support to develop their capacity & linkages to carry out HR protection & promotion work.
- Maintaining liaison with different national and international organizations and support in developing the work strategy for combined activities with partners.
- Monitoring ASK website, e-bulletin and other related activities.
- Participating in ASK action meeting as well as other meeting and carrying out the decisions of these meeting in reality.
- Liaison & represent ASK through participating in different meetings, seminars and workshop to promote ASK’s mission, vision and values.
- Any other assignment required by Executive Director.

LL.B (Hons) and LL.M from any recognized University.

- বয়স সর্বনিম্ন ৪০ বছর
- Having experience in the area of development sectors is preferable.
- Well conversant in both Bengali & English.
- Ability to work under pressure with diversed team & environment.
- Applicant should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Must have the Bar enrolment certificate.
- Must have the certificate to practice in the High Court Division of Supreme Court.
