Axis law Group is a North American law firm with aspirations of expanding its practice in South and South East Asia. Its primary focus for Bangladesh would be to initially offer Canadian Immigration services in conjunction with education & Admissions advising and facilitating Canadian Real Estate Transactions (residential and investment properties). This presents an enriching opportunity for young lawyers to work in a fast paced, sophisticated, start-up atmosphere and grow Axis` presence in Bangladesh, while developing and growing their own skills and experiences.
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Regular client meetings (existing & prospective); intaking client information, retaining new clients;
- Receiving client’s queries and allocating those to the concerned lawyers;
- Full professional proficiency and ability to communicate in Bengali and English (both spoken & writing);
- Drafting and preparing legal documents; notice, letters, agreements;
- Ability to work independently with some initial guidance as well as in a team setting
- Keen attention to detail; must be able to collect clients’ personal, financial and academic information and be able to draft detailed memo and fill out intake forms;
- Proficiency with Computers, internet and IT functions are mandatory; must be able to video conference and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Experience in Social Media marketing would be an asset; important to have working knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.;
- Some prior Sales experience would also be an asset – must be able to negotiate
- Must be able to continuously network and build client base; routinely develop new marketing content;
