চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Give accurate and timely counsel to business in a variety of legal matters
- Draft and review agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Research and evaluate different legal matters regarding business decisions and operations
- Advise Company on any new laws, regulations or statues, which will have impact on its business operations and corporate functions
- Familiar with Bangladesh law system and maintain current knowledge of alternations in Financial legislation, especially in FinTech
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice to management on possible legal issues or new regulations impacting the company
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external legal counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for businesses.?

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law, Master of Law (LLM) in Law
প্রফেশনাল সার্টিফিকেশন: Lawyers License

চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
- বয়স ২৭ থেকে ৪০ বছর
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law Major, having license to practice law is preferable, experienced as attorney/lawyer would be an advantage
- Required language(s): English and Bangladesh, Chinese (preferable)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, candidate who has financial background, especially FinTech is preferable
- Required Skill(s): legal opinion, research, Economic law,corporate law, document drafting and reviewing, contract law
