4 (Media &amp; International Advocacy, Networking and Public Interest Litigation).<\/li>\n<li>Execute PMS and day to day performance of units timely and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, implement &amp; monitor budget.<\/li>\n<li>Executing the proportionate works and responsibilities arising from the decision of different forum and networks on behalf of ASK.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthened departmental &amp; organizational team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Finalizing the report to utilize the budget and implementation of work plan of outcome 3 &amp; 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monitoring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the monitoring and coordination of all the programmes of outcome 3 &amp; 4 (Documentation, Publication, Media &amp; International Advocacy)<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining follow up of the cases pending\/under trial in Supreme Court and the High Court Division time to time updating the Executive Director and Senior Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking efficient role regarding selection of the subject matter of filing Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court Division of Supreme Court by ASK.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining necessary communication with other human rights organizations with whom ASK is jointly party to any suit.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and assisting ASK regarding necessary issues of PIL\/writ filed in Supreme and the High Court.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain liaison with ASK Senior Panel Lawyers and implement the advices in the cases.<\/li>\n<li>Develop project proposal<\/li>\n<li>Issuing press statement\/ press release in the issues of human rights violation to represent ASK\u2019s stance in media.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping a overall monitoring on preservation, distribution of ASK publications.<\/li>\n<li>Regular field visit of program area for program improvement of human rights violation.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing local human rights defenders and ensuring the implementation of HRDF programmes by them.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking work plan for HRDF in local level, support to develop their capacity &amp; linkages to carry out HR protection &amp; promotion work.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining liaison with different national and international organizations and support in developing the work strategy for combined activities with partners.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring ASK website, e-bulletin and other related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in ASK action meeting as well as other meeting and carrying out the decisions of these meeting in reality.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison &amp;
