All applications will be processed in London.<\/li>\n<li>All immigration advice related to the UK will be provided by the London Office based Lawyers.<\/li>\n<li>You will complete all administration tasks in Bangladesh and support the Clients in the UK visa process.<\/li>\n<li>The other key role you will have is to deal with Land related issues in Bangladesh. Those will include Clients from Bangladesh and the UK. You must be able to vet contracts and land documents. Drafting different legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>When dealing with Land matters, you will be required to see, check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds and bia-deeds, records, parchs, survey maps, khatians, dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS etc, mutation documents, tax documents and other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and genuinity of the purchasable lands and their unhindered, peaceful and hazard-free possessions.<\/li>\n<li>Able to draft legal contracts and able to manage those.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with all legal issues related to land disputes, deeds, contracts and other civil matter related.<\/li>\n<li>You must be able to represent Client&#8217;s in the Tribunal and High Court.<\/li>\n<li>Providing legal opinion on different issues.<\/li>\n<li>You must not provide advice or support outside of the business.
