To support its expansion, the Bank invites application from the highly competent and eligible candidates for immediate appointment in the mentioned position:<br \/>\nPosition: Junior Officer (Law)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u099a\u09be\u0995\u09b0\u09bf\u09b0 \u09a6\u09be\u09af\u09bc\u09bf\u09a4\u09cd\u09ac\u09b8\u09ae\u09c2\u09b9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Check all documentations of all loan products<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Title Search\/Verification of property related documents at the concerned govt. offices<\/li>\n<li>Provisional legal checking of all property related documents Legal vetting on all kinds of charge documents of various products from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Attend court for filing suit and follow up cases.<br \/>\nWorking with panel lawyers of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cases, submission of statements relating to the new development about the legal claims in order to keep the authority informed and up-to-date<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Office Note\/Memo, summon notice\/Auction Notice\/Other Notices as and when required for completion of assigned jobs<\/li>\n<li>Make correspondence with Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authority as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u099a\u09be\u0995\u09b0\u09bf\u09b0 \u09a7\u09b0\u09a8 :<\/strong> \u09ab\u09c1\u09b2 \u099f\u09be\u0987\u09ae<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u09b6\u09bf\u0995\u09cd\u09b7\u09be\u0997\u09a4 \u09af\u09cb\u0997\u09cd\u09af\u09a4\u09be<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum LLB from any reputed university having no 3rd class in academic records.
