To support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase<\/li>\n
To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office and land dispute court etc.<\/li>\n
To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & VAT, mortgage, registration\/deed\/agreement\/bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.<\/li>\n
To understand land category changing process (Industrial, Agricultural, Viti, Null, Bari, Nala, Doba etc.)<\/li>\n
To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters\/reply against letter\/affidavit\/agreement\/contract\/deed etc.<\/li>\n
To source potential lands and effectively negotiate with vendors or landowners to ensure the lands<\/li>\n
To monitor land related legal issues and keep record up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership<\/li>\n
Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement<\/li>\n
Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners<\/li>\n
Organized with the ability to priorities and focus on what is important<\/li>\n
Familiarity with local & International law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
