High Court<br \/>\nAssist in taking proper steps to file suits against defaulters.<\/li>\n<li>Draft various agreements<\/li>\n<li>Preparing various kinds of (specially land and apartment related) deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office;<\/li>\n<li>Review of loan and security documents of classified borrower of Banks, leasing companies and other financial instruments;<\/li>\n<li>Authentication of all Sale Deeds and allotment Agreement and Deed of Agreement for all department;<\/li>\n<li>Vetting of contracts and other documents;<\/li>\n<li>Draft legal instruments\/ letters for Corporate affairs on legal issues<\/li>\n<li>Legal opinion on various kinds of documents;<\/li>\n<li>Extensive legal research skills<\/li>\n<li>Interactions with the clients, conducting initial meetings with the clients, taking down details, receive documents, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Checking of legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of legal issues (licensing \/approvals\/renewals) with concerned regulator<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with all sorts of company matters and concerning the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).<\/li>\n<li>Must have adequate Knowledge in Computing.<\/li>\n<li>Successful Applicant must sign for minimum One year Contract with Matin Jurist &amp;
