JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY
- delivering outcome-based taught programmes reflecting modern teaching and research outputs;
designing, preparing and developing teaching materials; - delivering lectures, conducting seminars, guiding field visits and tutorials;
- assessing students’ coursework according to University of Derby/HND assessment guidelines;
supporting students through a pastoral/advisory role; - developing assessment tools, assignment briefs, case studies for learners performance evaluation;
- preparing for structured viva and mid-term assessment;
- supervising students’ research activities, projects, assignments;
- undertaking continuous professional development (CPD) and participating in staff training activities;
- representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary;
- Acting with senior management for the purposes of the institutions if necessary.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
- LL.B (Hons) from any UK University with Bar-at-Law (preferably O’ level and A level background).
- Candidate must have UK University LLM (preferably in Commercial/Trade Law) to apply for the post.

- 5 years of active teaching experience at University level and
- at least 2 publications in reputed journals.
