চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- To peruse all recovery matters proficiently pending before the Judges Court & other courts.
- To scrutinize legal notice to any defaulter party and closely follow up till filing cases.
- To highlight on recovery matters & create new strategy to recovery process.
- To communicate the files within very short period of time from one court to another court & others.
- To attend before the court on regular basis when there are several matters for hearing.
- To peruse professionally in VAT, Customs Appellate Tribunal as and when necessary.
- To do required innovation to Non- Judicial and Administrative matter such as attending in Police station or any other judicial, non judicial body or authority for disposal of pending legal matters.
- To arrange all legal pending issues before Lower Court, High Court Division, Appellate Division, Land
- Appellate Tribunal and any other relevant tribunal promptly as well as professionally.
