We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager (civil) who will Drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, non disclosure agreements, intellectual property rights etc. vetting tender documents, handling arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law should any arise and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers.
জব রিস্পসিবিলিটিস:
1.Running a diverse caseload including leasehold sales and purchases, freehold sales and purchases.
2.Dealing with all commercial property matters, to include drafting of licenses, leases, transfers.
3.Carrying out the purchase of freehold and leasehold properties including the investigation of title of registered and unregistered land.
4.Attending to post-completion matters, including adverse and/or first registrations.
5.Drafting Deeds of Easements, Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Gift, Deeds of Release and Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreements.
6.Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property matters.
7.Active involvement in the growth and further development of the commercial property services.
8.Undertaking any other relevant and associated duties specified by the Team Supervisor and/or Directors.
Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
9.Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
10.Represent the company in legal proceedings.
11.Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
12.Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
13.Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
14.Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
15.Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

1.Master of Law (LLM)
2.Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Associations.
3.Skills Required: Civil Lawyer, company lawyer

3.A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
4.At least 5 years’ experience of handling a diverse commercial property
5.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
6.Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
7.Experience of drafting complex leasing, acquisition and disposal agreements and related documentation.
8.Team player, ability to work with and within a team.
9.Ability to work autonomously and to produce high quality work .
