- Permission to practice before the High Court Division;
- Skill in drafting petitions, applications, contracts and other legal documents; and
- Ability to handle clients and follow-up.
03 FULL TIME LAWYERS WITH
- LL.B (Hons) from any reputed University;
- Enrollment with Bangladesh Bar Council;
- 1 to 3-year(s) working experience in a corporate law firm;
- Skill in vetting of land related documents;
- Skill in vetting and drafting of different security documents including Deed of Mortgage, Power of Attorney,
- Letter of Hypothecation, Letter of Undertaking etc. and
- Ability to handle clients and follow-up.
