Rumana Akhtar Eva:

The development we noticed in last six decades is much more heavier than the development in last two centuries. With growing time the thinking and perspective of a person is also changing. More specifically the needs has been changed. In villages people also using cellphone and using mobile data to access Internet. Though some use it for their professional use, but most of the people specially young people using for entertainment purposes where there is television in there houses and even the cable connection. This trend is spreading from urban to rural area. Most development is like that, its start in urban areas and gradually spread to rural areas.

Now lets look at the urban society, specially on the younger generations. They have too attachment for their gadgets. Not only that some have the tendency to buy the most upgraded version of cellphone, laptop, watch, so on. It will be wrong to say that no one needs advanced technology but the question is can the expense for buying those thing be justified. A software engineer may need the most upgraded version of a laptop, but does it necessary for a lawyer or a 12 grade teen? Everyone knows the answer.

Coming down to the most controversial discussion of the time. Most females now a days aware of their rights so does some of male. As biologically they born different they must have some different nature, as well as different responsibilities. Lets remove religion from the discussion. Nature, bring them as male and some as female. A male cannot give birth naturally and a woman cannot produce spam, so here comes the dependency on each other to maintain the natural balance. Definitely a woman can earn and maintain herself just like a man. By doing this she is not becoming a man but a woman with such capacity. The mind set and the perspective need to be modified, people should think about themselves, their backgrounds, their ethnicity and they should try to give the best to the society, earth, family, friends and most importantly to ownself.

Society needs everyone. A peon to a headmaster, everyone needed to run a school. A cleaner to a managing director, everyone needed to run a company. Where a factory need more hardworking workers also need efficient manager. Quality is vague, giving people what they need and what they deserve is more important.
