• To conduct independently Civil & Criminal cases up to the level of district Judge court
• To prepare all sorts of drafting for submission of Civil & Criminal cases including legal notice
• To scrutinize Land documents & to opine about the correctness of the documents i.e Land Deeds, Khatians, D.C. R, Legal notice, Power of Attorney etc
• To deal with the cases of VAT, Bond, Custom, DEDO, Cash Incentives, Income Tax etc.
• All sorts of correspondence over the Legal matters, Land purchase/sale, civil litigations and administration.
