Law Officer will perform a variety of important tasks. Monitoring all legal affairs within the Company including internal and external legal matters and are tasked with doing everything to keep the Company out of legal trouble.
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Initiate legal proceedings as required by the Company i.e. prepare writs, defenses, submissions and other pleading in civil and criminal cases.
- Prepare, file and plead cases ¡n commercial court in pursuit of amount owed to the Company.
- Advice on civil and criminal matters that should be directed to Legal Retainer.
- Maintain of all Company legal files documents and provide report as and when required.
- Drafts and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor the Company and submit quarterly work reports to management.
- Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as and when necessary.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
Masters of Law (LLM) from any Reputed University with good academic result.
Member of BAR Council and any BAR Association.
অভিজ্ঞতা : সর্বনিম্ন ৩ বছর
চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
- বয়স ২৮ থেকে ৩৫ বছর
- Minimum 3 (Three) years of Court practice both the civil and criminal side.
- Ability to prepare complex legal documents both in Bangla and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
