Job Location: Dhaka (Head office)
চাকরির বিবরণ/দায়িত্বসমূহ
- To assist the senior lawyer/ panel lawyer for processing filing legal papers in respect of Artha Rin Adalat, Civil & Criminal cases.
- Drafting and vetting legal papers for Artha Rin Adalat ,Civil & Criminal cases.
- Legal documentation preparation.
- Legal Documents (To work closely along with the Management Team)
- Drafting and vetting of MOA, MOU, Bank Guarantee, Indemnity Bonds (if any), Undertaking and authority letters, vendor contracts, Agreement paper etc.
- Primary Drafting and Vetting of all legal papers, documents and coordinate with Senior / Panel lawyers to ensure the documents are legally sound.
- Handling of emergency legal matter (If occurs).

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Bachelor Degree/ Master in Law (LLB/ LLM).
অভিজ্ঞতা: কমপক্ষে ৫ বছর

- বয়স ৩০ থেকে ৩৫ বছর
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to identify and analyze complex issues/ problems relating to legal aspects in management areas and recommend and implement solutions.
- Ability to manage good interpersonal relations and communications with lawyers and support staffs.
- Ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/ or situation and be able to provide sound solutions with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the organization.
- Verbal and written communication ability in English & Bangla.
- Computer skills in MS Office and internet browsing handling with Bangla & English typing.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
