চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Compile national and international law, regulations and practices relevant to the refugee response in Bangladesh
- Monitor and provide analysis of key legal trends and protection issues affecting refugees and host communities
- Conduct legal research and analysis and draft thematic reports on key legal trends and issues
- Conduct documentation, fact finding and assessment missions and prepare documentation, reports, meeting minutes, statistics and other communication materials
- Facilitate knowledge management within NRC ICLA and support trainings for external stakeholders (preparing literature, materials, manuals, information and visuals) and carry out training sessions on selected topics
- Facilitate identifying and coordinating NRC ICLA’s strategic advocacy response to prioritized legal issues
- Provide specific technical support and capacity building towards project staff
- Provide specific technical analysis and feedback to NRC representatives in coordination forums
- Assess, promote and document ideas for technical improvement and further program development options
- Ensure compliance with NRC policies, guidelines and standards

LLM degree from a recognized university in human rights, humanitarian law, international law or similar
চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
Experience in similar positions in a humanitarian/recovery context
Professional fluency in Bangla and English, both written and verbal
Experience in legal research and drafting
Experience in Bangladeshi policy-making processes and advocacy
