- Liaison with various Govt. And Non Govt. Organization such as RAJUK, AC (Land) office, Tahsil/ Union Land Office, Sub-Registry Office, L.A Section, DLR office, Settlement office & ADC (Revenue) office, Registration Office Department of, Environment, Police, etc.
- Prepare the first draft of agreement/contract and provide comments and opinion accordingly to stake holders to convey the information to the land/site owners.
- Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality.
- Drafting and Typing English & Bangla as per legal activity & disciplinary activity of computer.
- Vetting documents relating to land purchase, to be involved in registry office relating to the registration of various types of deeds and documents, mutation, misc case and land related other necessary issues.
- Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
- Any other job as assigned in time to time by authority.

Minimum Graduate in LL.B. from any reputed university

কমপক্ষে ২ বছর

- বয়স ২২ থেকে ৩০ বছর
- শুধুমাত্র পুরুষরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
- Must have excellent knowledge in MS office, MS Excel with Bangla & English type
- Must have expertise on drafting in English and Bangla, drafting capacity will be tested during selection.
- Candidate must have knowledge in land survey management
- Candidate must have knowledge in CS, SA, RS, BS, Khatian and all type of deed.
- Candidate should have punctual, honest and dedicated hard working
- Frequent movement anywhere in Bangladesh as per requirement.
- Candidate must have knowledge in drawing, layout plan and all types map.
