Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (BIFC) invites applications from promising and energetic individuals for the post.
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
- Attend court for filing suit and follow up cases.
- Prepare summon notice/Auction Notice/Other Notices.
- Working with panel lawyers of the organization.
- Update legal database and report recovery status.
- Communicate with concern police station and execute Arrest Warrant.
- Prepare periodical statements for Management as well as for regulators.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Drafting of legal documents on behalf of BIFC.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : LLB/ LLM Degree from a recognized university/ institution.

- বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫ বছর
- Minimum 02 Years work experience in related field in any Bank/ Financial Institution.
- Experience in working with a Law Firm will be an added advantage.
- Sound Knowledge in Artha Rin Adalat Ain, NI Act, Arbitration, Civil Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Litigation etc.
