- বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ বছর
- Member of BAR Council and any BAR Association.
- Minimum 3 (Three) years of Court practice along with ability to file both the civil and criminal suit.
- Proficient in Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Good command in Company/Corporate Law.
- Ability to prepare complex legal documents both in Bangla and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
